Change of Hours/Days Requests

Thank you for being a part of our nursery family. We understand that life can change, and you may need to adjust your child’s attendance schedule with us.

• While we will prioritise accommodating changes for our existing children, these adjustments must fit within our overall staffing capacity and operational needs. Our Bracknell setting is currently full and has a waiting list in operation for new children and we have very limited availability in our Ascot location for any new starters.

• We require a minimum of one term's notice to make any changes to your child's days or hours at the nursery. This ensures we can properly assess and accommodate any requests.

• Please be aware that with the recent increase in government-funded childcare hours, we anticipate a further rise in demand for hours. This change will likely further affect availability, so we encourage you to submit any requests as early as possible.​​
